Important Information About Procedures For Opening
A New Account:
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism
and money laundering activities, Federal law requires
all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record
information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we
will ask for your name, address, date of birth, tax identification
number, drivers license, or other information that will
allow us to identify you.
How to Open an Account
Opening a Share Savings account establishes your lifetime
membership in TFCU and makes you eligible to use all of
our other services. One share equals $5. Joint accounts
are permitted; however, you must be a member in your own
right to vote, hold office, and maintain individual accounts.
Why not enroll every member of your family in TFCU today!
Fill out this
membership request form

Joint Ownership
Your TFCU savings and loan accounts may have joint owners, or co-borrowers.
These individuals are not Credit Union members in their own right,
unless they are eligible to join and open their own accounts.
Offering TFCU Membership As an Employee Benefit
Providing
your employees with access to Credit Union membership will help
